Two procedures are involved here. One to do the Abdomen, Waist & Hips & another one to do the Outer Thighs, Inner Thighs & Knees. Done one month apart. These pictures represent the result 3 months after the two procedures. With Liposuction under Tumescent Local Anaesthesia there is no cutting & not even a single stitch is needed. Hardly any bleeding & no pain. The beautiful result comes from the fact that the patient is awake & is able to assist the specialist in placing herself in the most ideal position for him or her to shape the parts. You definitely cannot achieve this assistance from the patient when the procedure is done under General Anaesthesia where the patient just cannot move at all. Then there is the higher risk to life when procedures are done under GA compared to LA.
